Job Description: International Technical Recruiter
We are seeking an International Technical Recruiter to join our EMEA Region team, covering Italy, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, and the UK. As an International Technical Recruiter, your key responsibilities will include:
* Cold/warm calling potential clients
* Lead generation and lead chasing to identify new potential clients and manage existing accounts
* Building a client portfolio and expanding opportunities within existing accounts
* Identifying clients' pain points and offering adequate solutions
* Contract negotiation
* Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with clients through a consultative approach
* Managing client pipelines and full sales life-cycle
You will be required to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, developing an in-depth understanding of the technology market to meet client needs. This includes interface between business-owners and the client to drive sales, perseverance through high-volume calling and prospecting, and identifying client's technical needs to activate strategic actions.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Previous experience in a Sales role, Outbound Sales experience, or Service Oriented Role (Hospitality Industry for example)
* Strong willingness to grow a career in Sales Business Development
* Comfortable working on the phone and business-to-business cold/warm calling
* Genuinely interested in technology and innovation, with significant IT literacy and social media footprint
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Proactive, a team player, strongly ambitious, and with a long-term oriented perspective
