To strengthen our engineering team, we are seeking a Suspensions Design Specialist based in Maranello, Italy. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing suspension components and systems, ensuring they meet quality, performance, weight, time, and cost targets.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring the technical feasibility, robustness, and assemblability of components throughout project development, while maintaining the quality of technical documentation and coordinating with engineering and product suppliers when necessary.
* Managing project/installation FMEAs, identifying critical issues or non-conformities with Design/Experimentation Standards, and proposing corrective actions to achieve assigned objectives.
* Collaborating with the Setup Team to ensure compliance with weight, time, and cost objectives during the Hand Over phase of technical solutions.
* Maintaining the availability and completeness of documentation required for sourcing, such as target costs, product sheets, and CAD drawings.
* Contributing to the definition of deliberation plans for assigned systems, respecting development timeframes and minimizing possible test loops.
To succeed in this challenging role, you should have a Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent, ideally with 3 years of experience in R&D, Program Management, or Testing. Proficiency in CATIA CAD and PLM Windchill is essential for managing activities.

Key Requirements:
* Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent
* 3+ years of experience in R&D, Program Management, or Testing
* Proficiency in CATIA CAD and PLM Windchill
* Fluent English and Italian language skills (an advantage)
