Job Responsibilities
You will get the opportunity to take part in a variety of tasks and your main responsibilities will be:
1. Assisting with manual testing
2. Processing qualitative data
3. Creating feature documentation and videos
4. Analysis of incidents with the capacity to investigate and resolve
5. Customize and configure software for new customer onboarding
6. Scripting and automation of processes to be used in solving incidents and improvement of daily flows.
7. Work with the Development Team and have a clear overview of items being developed and bug fixing status.
