Job Description:
Main activities
1. Engineering support ensuring a timely response to Customers for the in-service fleet in order to contribute, in coordination with the other Product Support Engineering (PSE) functions, to the achievement of the reliability and the availability targets required by the market
2. Timely resolution of technical issues through analysis and production of applicable documentation interfacing LH Departments and Vendors as needed
3. Fleet statistics collection and database updating and maintaining based on scheduling required by the function (availability, reliability, maintainability, Fleet statistics, …).
4. Fleet reporting generation
5. Occurrence/malfunctions reporting generation and analysis
6. Reliability and maintainability analysis of the helicopter and its components for product recovery/improvement targets
7. Preparation of Product recovery/improvement presentations for Customers
8. Service Bulletin (SB) implementation monitoring and tracking
9. Internal documentation updating editing
10. Technical Support KPI report booklet generation

11. Basic knowledge of Civil Aviation regulations (EASA, …)
12. Excellent computer skills: Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, SAP
13. Technical Drawings analysis
14. Fluent in English
