We are looking for a
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and championing a Master Program : she/he will learn to be the vital link between the School and our participants, working alongside the professional staff dedicated to orchestrating the operational success of all Master Programs. She/he will help to set, organize and run the Master, ensuring seamless organizational support to Faculty as well as participants .
FIELD OF ACTIVITY
Be the orchestrator, providing organizational support for Faculty, crafting course experiences that resonate (e.g. course calendars, schedules, syllabi, communications to participants, etc.);
Delight participants with top-notch customer care, ensuring a positive journey from the beginning of each class day
Manage teaching materials and the dynamic e-learning platform of the Program
Be in charge of the organization of company visits, study tours, seminars and course-related events;
Manage evaluation procedures for courses;
Handle students’ academic careers in the related information systems
Collaborate with central services such as Marketing, Administration and Logistics;
REQUIREMENTS
Master’s degree;
at least 2 years of organizational activities (both back and front office activities), preferably in international contexts. Education, luxury or consulting as privileged sector;
excellent written and oral communication skills, both in Italian and in English;
at least 1 year of proved experience abroad (for studying or working or any other);
very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
capacity to manage priorities and deadlines with a sense of initiative
proactivity in problem solving and team player attitude;
innovative mindset and capacity to challenge existing situations;
ability to work under time pressure;
occasional working availability on Friday evening and Saturday morning.
