We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Officer responsible for managing orders and handling customer requests. Must-Have? 2-3 years of experience in similar roles and contexts, good knowledge of the English language, mental flexibility and a proactive attitude. Want to know more? The Customer Service Officer is responsible for: Recording customer orders in the system, verifying data (product codes, quantities, prices), and updating information to ensure traceability; Ensuring and following up on the fulfillment of sales orders and organizing efficient transport, monitoring the process and maintaining communication with customers; Preparing required documentation, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations; Handling complaints and resolving issues by registering them in the system and collaborating with internal departments; Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Ideal Candidate 2-3 years of experience in similar roles and contexts; Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel ; Knowledge of SAP is considered a plus; Good knowledge of the English language ; Mental flexibility, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
