S/he hierarchically reports to the Group Marketing Manager of Services, within the Solution Marketing Department.
Guaranteeing the definition in terms of values and operative processes for a successful energy optimization service proposal, to support clients in reducing energy costs, improving building performance, and contributing to environmental sustainability. The targets include energy assessment and reporting, Return of Investment (ROI) calculation, KPI on timing and quality of deliveries, and others strictly related to the specific customer needs.
MAIN GOAL
S/he is accountable for the creation and management of Energy advisor services, to support clients in reducing energy costs, improving building performance, and contributing to environmental sustainability.
Within the role, s/he should:
1. Conduct thorough inspections and remote data analysis of HVAC and Refrigeration systems in commercial buildings to assess current energy usage and identify areas for improvement.
2. Create detailed report templates that outline the actual versus potential energy performance and recommended improvements.
3. Stay updated on energy regulations, subsidies, and incentives.
4. Define education programs for clients on energy-saving practices and the benefits of energy-efficient technologies.
5. Involve all relevant internal resources for achieving the service targets.
6. Set up training with regional and subsidiary technical references.
7. Improve processes and tools for service operations.
Thanks to experience in Energy Advisor services, s/he should support the sales organizations by:
1. Creating documentation highlighting the value of the service proposal (i.e. application notes, business cases, live demos).
2. Proposing new packages of services that better fit the customer’s needs.
S/he should strongly cooperate with:
1. HVAC and Refrigeration Service Engineers for the analysis of installed systems and the identification of improvements.
2. Service project delivery teams in Regions/Subsidiaries, by evolving the service competence in the whole organization and enabling the team to manage the customer independently.
3. Platforms, by cooperating for the servitization of the Carel portfolio, especially with the IOT team, by proposing new system features for supporting the operation of Energy Advisor services.
