Real Estate | Milano, ItalyWe are looking for an Associate Director, Hospitality who works on a variety of assignments regarding the Hospitality asset class (i.e. hotels, health care facilities, student housing, marinas) that belong to the Italian real estate market, according to the International Valuation best practices and the application of specific Valuation Methods like discounted cash flow, market approach, cost approach and development approach analyses.Day-to-day responsibilities:Management of Framework Agreements with consolidated Clients and support in new relationship creation with new and/or potential ClientsElaboration of RE Business Plan and analysis of real estate investmentsDrafting Valuation Reports, Market Researches, Commercial Due Diligence, tailor-made analysis for Corporate ClientsSupporting clients in investment analysis processes / real estate transactionsInvolvement in International Valuation projectsIndependently gathering data pertinent to the engagement through direct client interaction and client site visitsAssisting in preparing and presenting the results of analysis conducted in a clear and concise mannerAssisting with the development of proposals, presentations and publications communicated to current and prospective clientsSupport to the Director in defining/achieving annual budgetSupport to the Director in identifying new potential servicesSupport to the Director in the management and growth of the hospitality personnelQualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Economics, Tourism Economics/Science or Master’s degree in Real Estate Management.Computer proficiency and ability to maximize applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Argus (optional)Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to master new tasks and industries quicklyAbility to perform a Hospitality Management BP and critically analyze and correctly interpret the specific indicators and data of the Hospitality sectorDemonstrated strong personal integrityAbility to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environmentCommitment to obtaining outstanding resultsExcellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communitiesExperience working with diverse teamsAbout KrollJoin the global leader in risk and financial advisory solutions—Kroll.
