Position Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Space Industries, you will play a key role in driving our recruitment efforts across various functions, with a specific focus on engineering and technical roles related to small satellites. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and contribute to building a talent pipeline to support the company’s continued growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire recruitment process for engineering and technical positions within the company. Collaborate with the engineering teams to understand staffing needs and define job requirements. Sourcing, screening, and evaluating CVs for candidates with specific expertise in the engineering field. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to identify the best talent. Support communication with candidates and schedule interviews. Utilize major recruitment tools, including job boards and social media. Manage recruitment-related documentation. Track and report on recruitment metrics. Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, with strong knowledge of engineering profile selection. Ability to work independently and proactively, with a strong results-oriented approach. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to manage candidate relationships. Good knowledge of online recruitment tools and social media (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in humanities, psychology, or a related field (preferred). Good knowledge of English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of the aerospace sector is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in recruiting for aerospace companies, particularly small satellite or space technology sectors. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Strong understanding of the challenges and trends in the aerospace industry and the small satellite market.
