Position Overview
We are seeking a Junior Software Engineer - System Integration to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and integrating software solutions across multiple platforms, focusing on vehicle dynamics, driving simulators, data acquisition and real-time applications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and integrate software solutions for automotive and motorsport applications.
* Work on cross-platform development, ensuring compatibility across different operating systems.
* Implement and optimize algorithms using C and MATLAB .
* Design and develop system integration solutions for hardware and software components, from driving simulators to onboard vehicle units.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including researchers, engineers, and external partners.
* Participate in software testing, validation, and performance optimization.
* Maintain and document software solutions to ensure efficiency and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proficiency in C programming for high-performance applications.
* Experience with MATLAB for data analysis and algorithm development.
* Strong knowledge of system integration in automotive or embedded systems.
* Experience in cross-platform development, including Windows, Linux, and embedded environments.
* Understanding of vehicle dynamics, real-time data processing, main automotive simulation software are a plus.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in Italian language, fluency in English language, both written and spoken.
* Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
