We are looking for an Implementation Manager to join our EWC (Ecolab Water for Climate)
The Implementation Manager is responsible for the execution of the projects that are covered in the roadmap and agreed with division brewery management.
The Implementation Manager will lead the projects, facilitates the necessary resources and equipment on time, reports the progress on a weekly base to the EWC and local team.
The Implementation Manager, will be all of his time on site of the brewery.
Implementation
1. Prepares the implementation schedule based on the provided roadmap with a detailed description of activities (by week), timelines, internal and external resources, equipment installation.
2. Prepares and communicates the quarterly projects overview which are connected to the performance-based fees.
3. Leads and coordinates the projects agreed for that quarter.
4. Is responsible for the timely implementation of the agreed projects.
5. Manages the necessary support by the brewery on time.
6. Communicates on a weekly base to the Ecolab contract manager the progress of the projects.
7. Reports progress of projects to brewery management on a monthly base
8. Is responsible for sign-off of projects.
9. Raises issues on time and participates in exploring possible solutions.
10. Document delays and root causes timely and precise.
11. Ask for timely help in case of conflicts, progress blockers etc.
12. Supports the regional CAM team with invoicing of the agreed fees.
13. Be available to answer questions over the projects by the brewery at first contact.
14. Able to explain the principles of the agreement to external stakeholders.
Minimum requirements:
15. At least 2 years’ experience in project management preferably in the brewing-beverage industry (or similar)
16. Technical education like chemical or mechanical, engineering, food technology, MBA or similar
17. Able to speak and report in English.
18. Affinity with food processing, quality management
19. Clear communicator (written-verbally) to internal and external (brewery) stakeholders at different levels (shop floor, experts, brewery management).
20. Works in a structured way and reports in a transparent way
21. Able to manage and coordinate activities done by brewery employees.
22. Delivers results on time in full.
23. Understand Ecolab value proposition for industrial customers
24. Knows how to get the right information from other experts and from the commercial team.
25. Can work under time pressure.
