MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Fulfill the operations of the Food & Beverage outlets according to the Company policies, high standards and procedures.
He/she will:
* Take care of the mise en place
* Support the Maite with service
* Clean and set-up floors, tables, chairs, linens, glass and silver for service
* Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the bar layout before they arrive to the experience they receive during the service. Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate Guests’ needs
Requirements
* Effective communication: communicate clearly and in an appropriate manner (both verbally and non-verbally).
* Emotional intelligence: demonstrate sensitivity to the needs and emotions of guests and colleagues and adjust his/her style to them. Manage own emotions in challenging situations.
* Adaptability: identify when a different approach is needed and offer solutions. Try and adopt new ways of doing things.
* Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player e Share information and skills and actively seek and provide feedback.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
* Fluent in Italian and basic level of English
* Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred
* Previous professional experience in a similar role, also with school internships
* Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally
* Seasonal contract according to Italian law "C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Federalberghi."
