Business Analyst/Credit Risk Analyst Job Description
CRIF, a prestigious and innovative international group specializing in information solutions, decision-making models, outsourcing, software and consulting services to support banks, financial companies, insurance companies, utilities and businesses, is looking for a Business Analyst/Credit Risk Analyst for an important funded project.
The ideal candidate will participate in defining business requirements and functional analysis of product new features and recommends appropriate solutions, with a product view.
Main Responsibilities:
* Participate in studies to evaluate business requirements and identify appropriate solutions with a view to supporting replicability of the solution.
* Identify and formalize the business requirements of internal and external customers by acting as an interface between business representatives, functional representatives, and IT to analyze, document, and validate the business processes required.
* Interface with software developers to explain solutions and check the progress of software development.
* Develop new analyses using Business Intelligence tools.
* Prepare demos of the solution and support pre-sales activity to describe solution features.
* Support post-sales activities in complex problem resolutions.
* Prepare communications and make presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives.
* Operate in accordance with company security policies and guidelines, and in accordance with established quality standards and assigned schedule.
* Proactively contribute to team goals by integrating his/her own work with peers' and by furthering/promoting a teamwork attitude respecting execution plans.
* Plan and define test cases, drafting of documents.
* Be involved in the execution and test management capabilities issued.
Desired Skills & Experience:
* Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
* Good knowledge of the office package (Excel, Projects, PowerPoint).
* Good knowledge of the credit process.
* Good knowledge of functional analysis and testing procedures.
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Strong analytic skills and ability to interpret complex information and adapt it as needed.
* 3-5 years of experience.
* Good relational skills and flexibility.
Requirements:
* English as a prerequisite condition for employment, fluency in spoken/written.
* Place of work: Bologna with the possibility of remote working.
