Job Description The Trade Marketing Coordinator is responsible for defining the Seasonal Marketing Plan in collaboration with the departments involved. The core responsibilities of the role are: Devise and schedule events/promotions to support communication/marketing campaigns based on product and consumers performance results. Identify and analyze market trends, both in terms of collections and competitors, to define a strategy aimed at achieving seasonal results. Key Responsibilities: Define the Seasonal Marketing Plan and updates in collaboration with the Commercial Retail and Merchandising Directorates of the reference brands. Contemplate projects aimed at specific performance objectives, including customization of the offer and activities product promotions through the Seasonal Marketing Plan. Coordinate the creation of Events and the allocation of marketing investments to support the Communication and Marketing strategy. Participate in Omnichannel tables to contribute to the Omnichannel Marketing Strategy. Collaborate in the definition of in-season product promotions from an omnichannel perspective, proposing mark-down optimizations for Countries, Timing, and Rates applied. Align the off-price strategy in a logic and consequently according to a B2B logic. Intercept and analyze market trends based on available data, proposing seasonal microtargets. Monitor competitors' performance in the Department Store and assigned market for constant benchmarking of KPIs and subsequent action proposals aligned with seasonal performance objectives. Promote the development of role learning through proactive, team, and digital activities aimed at innovation and improving effectiveness/efficiency of responsibilities. Adopt and develop the use of digital technologies within its own function in relation to process management and interactions with internal and external stakeholders. Promote operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development, focusing on the interconnection of practices oriented towards the care of the environment, business processes, and organizational community. Required Skills: 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in international companies in the fashion/luxury sector. Excellent knowledge of English (C1).
