PLANT HR MANAGER
Purpose of the role
Reporting directly to the General Manager in Italy, he/she will be responsible for managing human resources plans, policies, practices and programs throughout the plant.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with plant objectives.
* Partner with plant leadership to foster a culture of safety, inclusion, and productivity.
* Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to meet production demands.
* Lead talent development initiatives, including training, performance management, and succession planning.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
* Develop and monitor HR metrics to drive continuous improvement.
* Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
* Promote employee engagement through effective communication and recognition programs.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 5-8 years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English and Italian language.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis.
