We are looking to hire a Recruitment Associate to be part of the Amazon Stores EMEA Recruiting team, playing a critical role in delivering against Amazon's hiring requirements. Key Job Responsibilities Partner with hiring teams to ensure adherence to the end-to-end recruitment process, from role opening to offer management and role closure. Support execution of recruiting plans to meet hiring requirements and maintain key information. Guide Hiring Managers and candidates through the hiring process, answering queries or directing to relevant partner teams. Monitor and sift direct applications according to role requirements to ensure a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline. Generate pipeline when required, using multiple channels, including job boards, referrals, events, social media, marketing, and adverts. Actively contribute to Amazon’s internal mobility process by managing administrative tasks for application, interview, offer stage, and position closing. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS A minimum of C1 level (CEFR) in English, and B2 level in German/Italian/French/Spanish. Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment. Relevant experience in an Administrative/Corporate/Customer Service environment (such as data entry, managing data-driven reporting, or ownership of detailed processes). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Additional proficiency in languages: Polish, Czech, French, Italian, Turkish, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese, or Slovak. Strong organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results. Relevant experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
