Randstad Italia Inhouse Services is currently recruiting a Electrical Set Up Test System Engineer to participate in designing and verifying Space Systems Tests and managing the Electrical Set Up of the Test System, for an aerospace client based in Rome.
The candidate will be placed within a team responsible for the design, development, and delivery of Test Methods, Procedures, AIT Software, and Electrical Ground Support Equipment & Test Benches to support the Assembly, Integration, and Verification/Testing campaign at Satellite System and Subsystem levels.
The job holder will have the following main tasks:
* analyzing satellite design documents (such as Test plans and Test set-up requirements);
* reviewing required facility specifications and Facility Interface Control Documents;
* examining theLauncher User Manual;
* preparing test set-up specifications (at both system and subsystem levels);
* defining procurement of materials/components;
* contributing to problem-solving efforts and overseeing the test set-up activities;
* managing the external facilities/launch site aspects of set-up installation and validation;
* conducting Power Subsystem / Avionic Subsystem / RF tests.
Also required is knowledge in the following areas:
* basic knowledge of lab instrumentations and testing;
* knowledge/Experience in using PSPICE or similar software simulators;
* experience and proficiency in using measurement instruments (such as Oscilloscope,Power Meter, Spectrum Analyzer)
Requirements:
* Master degree in Electronics, Telecommunication or Informatic;
* excellent proficiency in English, both in writing and speaking;
* being available to work in double or triple shifts;
* being available to work during bank holiday seasons;
* being available to work on weekends;
* being willingto work abroad for extended periods.
A fixed-term contract of one year is offered (temporary agency worker).
