Activities and Responsibilities
The Business Development Manager will follow market analysis investigations and evaluate the customer portfolio and the strength of competitors. It is from this initial analysis that the actions to be implemented will emerge. This is a new resounrce in the revised Sales structure. The new resource will be the Business Development Leader (BDL) that would focus in developing sales in new area and new customers.
Generate sales in NEW unsolicited areas and NEW or lost customers focusing to the global area (the Geographical areas will be: USA, Latin America, Australia, Africa etc.).
Following these observations and analyzes you will be able to:
1. Develop a first action plan
2. The structuring of the development plan with the help of a strategy, the BD is able to develop her/his plan and bring together all the resulting ideas into a single goal
3. Make the business plan formal
4. Management of the development project
5. Conduct negotiations
6. Direct the project
7. Build customer loyalty
Requirements of the position:
8. Excellent knowledge of English
9. Good knowledge of CRM software, Microsoft Office, Qlik sense
10. Be able to carry out prospecting activities
11. Sales techniques and techniques for effective business negotiation knowledge
12. Listening skills
13. Good relationship knowledge
14. Good knowledge of the batteries sector
