In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across our global quality management systems, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with international standards.Lead cross-functional teams in identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutionsConduct root cause analysis on quality issues and develop corrective action plansCollaborate with international teams to standardize quality processes and best practices across global operationsProvide training and mentorship to quality team members on quality tools and methodologiesDesign and execute process improvement projects, also using Six Sigma and Lean methodologiesAnalyze quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for enhancementDevelop, implement, and maintain global quality management systems to enhance overall product quality and operational efficiencyDevelop and maintain documentation for quality processes, procedures, and standardsParticipate in internal and external quality audits to maintain certifications and drive continuous improvementQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering or related field, with a focus on global quality system implementation and improvementProven track record of successful process improvement projects and initiativesStrong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 standardsProficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis techniquesExperience with data analysis and visualization toolsExcellent project management skills and familiarity with project management softwareASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification preferredIn-depth understanding of manufacturing industry best practices and global quality standardsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approachExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environmentWillingness to travel internationally as required (up to 25%)Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian or other European languages is a plusDiversity InclusionWe believe that different perspectives and backgrounds are what make a company flourish.
