The Role: Your Passion
Your role at Roadsurfer involves leading and establishing a location, collaborating with central departments, and overseeing day-to-day operations on-site.
You will implement existing standards and processes while contributing your own ideas (coordinating vehicle returns, handovers, and vehicle preparation).
Maintain constant communication with international teams to ensure ongoing improvements.
As a Team Leader, motivate and lead your on-site team, including onboarding, task planning, and quality control.
You are responsible for building your team and seeking the right talent for your location.
Always have an overview of the local vehicle fleet for rental and sales: documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination with local service partners.
Advise customers on our products, myroadsurfer, abo, spots, and rent, and send them out as happy roadsurfers on the roads of Europe.
Requirements to Surf the Wave with Us
You should have successfully completed training or studies in a relevant subject area or comparable qualification.
At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in areas such as car rental, tourism, or similar - career changers are welcome.
Experience in leading employees or teams is advantageous.
High service and customer orientation with a friendly and open demeanor.
You are a hands-on and effective communicator.
You are a resilient problem solver and highly organized.
You speak excellent English, and you also speak the language for the country you applied for fluently.
A valid Driver's license Class B is required.
