As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for end-to-end hiring of technology roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill talent needs efficiently. You will drive sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and contribute to process improvements in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
2. Technical Hiring Expertise: Recruit for Engineering (Backend, Frontend, Data Science, DevOps, SDE I/II/III, Staff Engineers), Product, and Analytics roles.
3. Talent Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, employee referrals, networking, and direct sourcing to build strong talent pipelines.
4. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers, interview panels, and leadership to align hiring strategies with business goals.
5. Candidate Experience: Ensure smooth interview scheduling, timely communication, and a positive hiring experience .
6. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on tech hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to optimize recruitment strategies.
7. Process Improvement: Identify ways to enhance hiring efficiency through data-driven insights, ATS utilization, and recruitment best practices.
Key Requirements:
* Experience: 1-2 year in IT recruitment, preferably in startup, tech, or product-based companies.
* Technical Hiring Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development roles, tech stacks, and industry trends.
* Sourcing Expertise: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, Boolean search, and other hiring tools.
* Stakeholder & Negotiation Skills: Ability to partner with hiring managers and negotiate offers effectively.
* Process-Oriented: Comfortable working in ATS-driven environments (Trakstar, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and tracking recruitment metrics.
* Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
