Come, join us on this journey British American Tobacco Italia has an exciting opportunity for a Fiscal and Regulatory Affairs Intern in Rome Italy This role is part of CORA Team based in Rome and is a great opportunity to learn and get fully involved in a multi-cultural, open environment. As a Fiscal & Regulatory Affairs Intern you will have the opportunity to work on strategic topics as well as operational tasks right from the beginning and be part of a dynamic team. The intern will support the Corporate Affairs team in managing and monitoring regulatory issues and institutional relations, contributing to regulatory shaping and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include: Monitoring and analysis of national, European and international regulations. Support in the drafting of regulatory reports and position papers for corporate affairs. Collaboration in managing relations with authorities, public institutions and trade associations. Assistance in preparing institutional and corporate meetings, including presentations and supporting materials. Participation in cross-cutting projects in regulatory, corporate and institutional affairs. What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in political science, law, international relations, economics or related disciplines. Naturally digital & able to professionally interact with tools such as Microsoft O365. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to balance a variety of detailed tasks and work efficiently under deadlines. Communication and interpersonal skills in both formal and informal settings and desire to build rapport with multiple teams and stakeholders. Fluency in Italian and English language.
