Your role
* Support in serving our customers in the EMEAI region
* Support in the processing of customer projects, calculations, quotations, document requests, and initial productions, among other things
* Entry and modification of master data according to specifications
* Assistance in complaints management
* Support in receivables management and customer agreements/contracts
Your profile
* Successfully completed commercial training with initial professional experience, ideally in sales or customer service
* Very good working knowledge of English
* Good MS Office skills; SAP knowledge desirable
* Organizational and coordination skills
* Strong communication skills
