Gucci Osteria – Tokyo – Food and Beverage Manager
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our local team in Gucci Osteria Japan. As a leader in the fine dining industry, we are committed to providing our guests with exceptional culinary experiences. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with a proven track record in managing all aspects of food and beverage operations in a high-end restaurant.
Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including sales development, operations check, purchasing, and staff management.
* Ensure the highest standards of quality, service, and sanitation are maintained at all times.
* Develop and implement innovative food and beverage programs.
* Train and mentor the food and beverage team.
* Manage budgets and financial performance.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
* Coordinate special events and catering services.
* Resolve guest complaints and ensure their satisfaction.
* Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations.
* Develop strong relationships with WW team following FF and Gucci Osteria WW guidelines.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in a food and beverage management role in a fine dining restaurant.
* Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
* Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and purchasing.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Passion for the culinary arts and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
* Eligible for a working Visa in Japan.
