For more information: solgroup.com Compensation & Benefits Specialist: For the Corporate HR Department, within the Group HQ, we are looking for a resource to fill the role of Compensation & Benefits Specialist. The person will contribute to the definition and management of the Group's remuneration policies on a global level, with the aim of maintaining alignment with the corporate strategy, guarding competitiveness with the market, ensuring internal fairness and boosting the motivation of our people. Proactivity and curiosity are therefore key elements to best express oneself in this role. Specifically, you will carry out the following activities: Contributing to the definition of the Total Reward strategy at Group level, developing existing solutions and proposing new ones; Managing MBO, from the definition of methods and criteria to the implementation of schemes and calculation of bonuses; Supporting the annual salary review process for all Group companies, helping to define process guidelines and taking care of aggregation and data analysis activities; Carrying out salary analyses and market benchmarking to support the specific needs of the HR Department and the business; Being advisor to the payroll team in the management of the compensation package for the expat population, proposing solutions and overseeing regulations; Developing projects in the area of job evaluation and salary bands; Propose and lead projects in the area of compensation and benefits in order to improve processes or introduce new solutions; Providing support in the analysis of labour cost trends at Group level. Requirements for the position: Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics or management engineering (Master's degree or specialisation in Human Resources will be a plus); 3/5 years' experience in a similar role within multinational companies or as a consultant in the Total Reward field; Knowledge of job evaluation systems; Excellent knowledge of the English language; Advanced knowledge of Excel; Ability to analyse, innovate and have a proactive spirit complete the profile.
