Amazon specialist & Export Sales Specialist
As an Amazon Specialist will be responsible for managing our Amazon marketplace presence, including product listings, advertising campaigns, and overall account health.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon's algorithms, SEO, and PPC advertising, with a proven track record of increasing sales and enhancing brand visibility on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Listing Management:
Create, optimize, and maintain product listings on Amazon, ensuring they are complete, accurate, and SEO-friendly.
Amazon SEO:
Implement strategies to improve product rankings and visibility on Amazon search results through keyword research and optimization.
Campaign Management:
Plan and optimize Amazon campaigns to maximize ROI and drive targeted traffic to product listings.
Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels and work with the supply chain team to ensure inventory is adequately stocked to meet demand without overstocking. Weekly check of the vendor catalogue.
Review and Feedback Management:
Monitor and manage customer reviews and feedback, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to maintain a positive seller rating.
Reporting and Analytics:
Analyze sales data, ad performance, and other key metrics using tools like Amazon Seller Central, providing regular reports and actionable insights to guide strategy.
Competitor Analysis:
Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Compliance:
Ensure all listings comply with Amazon’s policies and guidelines to avoid penalties and account suspension.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Amazon AVS (weekly call), marketing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure alignment of Amazon activities with overall business goals. Code creations, spreadsheet creation.
As an Export Sales Specialist you will develop sales activities in international markets.
This role involves building relationships with foreign distributors and clients, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential international customers, distributors, and agents.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve export sales targets and expand the company’s presence in foreign markets.
Negotiation:
Support negotiations with international clients, including pricing, terms of sale, and contract agreements.
Order Management and logistic coordination:
Weekly call with Tecnilatex to coordinate the processing of export orders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with customer requirements to ensure timely and cost-effective shipment and delivery of products to international customers.
Compliance and Regulations:
Ensure compliance with local, international, and industry-specific regulations related to export activities, including code registrations.
Sales Reporting:
Monitor and report on sales performance.
Competitor Analysis:
Analyze competitors in international markets to identify strengths, weaknesses, and potential opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with the product, marketing, and supply chain teams. Code creations, artworks, product sheets.
International marketing:
creation of material for the trade fairs. (images, videos and leaflet)
Merchandising:
“Plan and manage product ranges, inventory, displays and promotions”
Qualifications:
Business Administration Degree or related.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
