Your Responsibilities
* Efficient order management, from collecting and verifying order data to monitoring delivery deadlines, and resolving any delivery issues.
* Communication of order information, delivery deadlines, and other relevant information to stakeholders to ensure a smooth ordering process.
* Optimizing the ordering process to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in automation and digitalization, thereby achieving time and cost savings.
Your Qualifications & Skills
* Education in Business.
* Basic knowledge in the field of purchasing.
* Structured work approach.
* Proactive approach and autonomous work method.
* Good communication and ability to work as part of a team.
* Proficiency in the use of MS Office.
* Knowledge of Italian and English - German as a plus.
