Our client, a multinational industrial company, is looking for a Plant Quality Manager to ensure product compliance with customer requirements and regulations while driving continuous improvement in quality processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure customer satisfaction
2. Lead the Quality Department, overseeing training, team collaboration, and process improvements.
3. Develop and maintain quality systems and ensure compliance with regulations.
4. Monitor and report KPIs and manage the department budget.
5. Oversee quality audits (process, product, system, customer) and coordinate corrective actions.
6. Investigate and resolve customer complaints, tracking quality-related costs.
7. Collaborate with the Division Quality Department to align standards and improvements.
Requirements:
1. Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
2. 10+ years of experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment.
3. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
4. Experience in audits, process optimization, and project management.
5. Leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
6. Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
7. IT proficiency (MS Office, SAP).
8. Certifications in ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), or Lean Management are a plus.
