We are looking for a proactive Aftersales Specialist to join our Torches and Aftersales Business Unit. The position is based in our Italy office and will cooperate with Italian and Finnish colleagues.
This role bridges technical expertise and business acumen, managing the Trafimet aftersales product portfolio and lifecycle while driving revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement pricing strategies for Trafimet spare parts and consumables to balance profitability with market competitiveness.
* Provide technical and commercial support to internal and external clients, ensuring seamless customer service.
* Collaborate with product managers, R&D, SCM, Sales, customers, and all relevant stakeholders.
* Provide cross-functional product management support to maintain accurate product data within ERP and other systems for main products and accessories in addition to aftersales products.
* Ensure data synchronization for eOrdering.
* Manage Trafimet Intercompany and Distribution price lists within the ERP.
* Utilize Access queries to extract, analyze, and organize data from Epicor for reporting and decision-making.
* Actively look for opportunities and find solutions when problems arise.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree (either technical or commercial).
* 3+ years of experience in international business, operations, aftersales preferred as an advantage.
* Fluency in English and Italian required (at least B2).
* System skills - Excel, ERP, TeamCenter, Teams, Power BI, JIRA, web platforms.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to prioritize and manage time & workload efficiently.
* Strong technical proficiency.
