We are looking for an Onsite IT Technician with experience in Printer / 3D Printer Support within an enterprise environment, preferably multinational companies.
You will be directly onsite with our customers and working on incoming tickets from users:
* Diagnose 3D printing issues
* Receive and confirm units received
* Prepare goods for outbound
* Report and maintain the work order in the internal IT systems
* Reporting
* Review and track processes
Location: Venezia - fully onsite
