For a global multinational company we are now seeking for a Integration and Consolidation Manager. The person will report to the Business Integration Director and he/she will support the execution of thee integration plans for all future acquisitions in EMEA region, working with the HQ EMEA central functions, local management of newly acquired businesses and cluster countries functional teams across the EMEA organization.
Key Responsibilities
Processes :
Deploy and translate in actions the post – acquisition plan, mainly focusing on PPA accounting;
Finance;
HR and Legal (including GDPR);
Risks and Insurance;
HSE;
Value Creation Plan;
Group Policies and organizational model.
Accounting:
Oversee the monthly closing process and ensure the timely submission of reporting packages in collaboration with the local accounting team. Supervise internal control processes, manage the Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) process, and review the balance sheet at the acquisition date, ensuring compliance with group accounting principles and policies.
FP&A:
Partner with Country Business Controllers to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts for newly acquired entities.
Tax:
Support the EMEA tax team in aligning with group tax directives and preparing the Tax Reporting Package. Contribute to mitigating tax risks identified during due diligence.
Treasury:
Assist the EMEA treasury team in implementing group treasury procedures and analyzing and forecasting cash flows.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of 4- or 5-years’ work experience in a big four consulting team (PwC, Deloitte, KPMG, EY), a leading consulting firm (Bain, McKinsey, BCG, A&M or Alix Partners) or in Internal Audit (US-GAAP or SOX experience a plus).
Prior experience in post-integration processes will be considered as a plus.
MS Office – advanced (specifically, Power Point and Excel).
HFM knowledge will be considered as a plus.
Fluent in spoken and written English – other languages an advantage.
