Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic initiatives to surpass sales targets and revenue quotas.
* Generate accurate forecasts to drive business decisions effectively.
* Cultivate and nurture both existing and potential customer relationships, employing proactive outreach methods and participation in industry events.
* Conduct in-depth customer visits to understand their unique requirements, tailoring proposals to offer comprehensive solutions.
* Monitor sales performance, identify growth opportunities within client accounts, and ensure utmost satisfaction with our products and services.
* Employ an account mapping approach to pinpoint key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to compile technical resources and ensure seamless communication with customers.
* Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions using CRM software.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in life sciences, preferably in molecular biology, biotechnology, or biochemistry.
* Strong grasp of cell biology and biochemistry principles.
* Proven track record in life sciences sales, particularly in reagents & consumables.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across various sectors.
* Self-motivated and results-driven individual with adept negotiation skills.
* Collaborative team player willing to share knowledge and support colleagues.
* Proficiency in German and English; Italian proficiency is advantageous.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
