Work Schedule Other Environmental Conditions Warehouse Job Description Position title: Sr Material Handler FUNCTION/DEPARTMENT: Warehouse VERSION: 001 Purpose of the position/responsibilities: Ensure the flawless operation of the warehouse by optimizing internal processes and tools necessary for its success. Achieve quantity and quality objectives for receiving and shipping activities while adhering to outstanding directives, company quality standards, and safety and environmental regulations. Maintain alignment of physical and accounting stocks during annual and customer-specific inventories. Specific tasks/primary activities: Coordinate the movement of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products. Handle relations with production departments, the supply chain, and external warehouses to optimize material flow. Complete transactions concurrently with material movements, ensuring alignment of physical and accounting inventories. Conduct daily Tiers with staff and update the department bulletin board. Collaborate in the destruction and disposal of materials. OJT profile for training transfer Verify documentation for activities, including customer data sheets and graphic reports. Coordinate operators on shift and prioritize activities to ensure continuity for the next shift. Ensure accurate operation of forklifts and report any anomalies. Support the Team Leader in SOP application and safety standards. Report anomalies in freezers, fridges, and cold rooms to Technical Services.
