YOUR TEAM
You will be working in a multi-disciplinary group, where people with different backgrounds collaborate, each with their own expertise, to carry out the research. The Health & Safety Directorate is coordinated by Dr. Ilaria Monaldi.
Your main responsibilities will be:
1. Supporting the management and provision of training, registration of classes and archiving of certificates.
2. Supporting the Company Doctors in using the management software used to manage health surveillance.
3. Supporting the development activities of the "risk assessment" module within the management software and in the data entry to create job descriptions.
4. Checking the relevant appointment in the management system for each appointed resource (emergency officer, supervisor, manager, etc.).
5. Supporting the deadline control activities and the processing of reports from the management software.
6. Supporting logistics activities.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
2. Excellent knowledge of the main Microsoft Office tools.
3. Predisposition to team working.
4. Proactivity and problem solving.
5. Flexibility and precision.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
1. Previous experience in the above-mentioned activities.
2. Knowledge of SAP HCM.
3. Good knowledge of current rules and regulations on safety and environment.
4. Good knowledge of management systems related to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
5. High motivation to learn.
6. Good at time and priority management.
7. Ability to work in a challenging and international environment.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a highly interdisciplinary environment.
