What you will do Main activities: Draft and review a wide range of legal documents and contracts, with a particular focus on supply chain and logistics matters, as well as structured procurement contracts involving raw materials, components, and commodities. Ensure that contracts are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives while mitigating legal and commercial risks. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts meet their operational and business requirements. Provide comprehensive legal advice across various areas, including commercial, consumer, and contractual law, as well as regulatory and product compliance. Support HQ, Product Lines, and Markets on legal matters including litigation and contract enforcement. Advise on and manage disputes arising from contracts, including issues related to breach of contract, supplier disputes, and warranty claims. Liaise with external counsel when necessary for litigation or arbitration. Offer legal guidance on key projects and operations, including M&A transactions. Actively contribute to the digital transformation of the Legal Team, enhancing processes, workflows, and tools to improve efficiency and legal service delivery. What you need to succeed Master’s degree in law from a law school in Italy. 2-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) as in-house counsel for companies with international operations or in law firms advising corporate clients in cross-border matters. Strong background in contract law and commercial transactions. Excellent communication skills both in Italian and in English (both spoken and written). Keen on working in a dynamic and challenging commercial environment with international exposure. A natural inclination for business and commercial awareness, with a practical approach, a creative twist and ability to think out of the box. Good interpersonal skills to collaborate cross‐functionally, at all levels and within legal function, in the context of both supervisory and non‐supervisory relationships. Eager to delve into the digital world and keep up with new technologies of interest to the legal and corporate world. Self-motivated, quick learner, team player and able to work under pressure.
