As Head of Product Compliance, you are key to bridging the gap between the company’s Compliance and Core Product functions. This role is critical in safeguarding our licenses and maintaining our reputation as a compliant and responsible operator.

The Product Compliance Team are managing and developing the Product Compliance Framework (the PCF). The PCF is an internal tool used to standardize the way we capture, interpret and track compliance requirements relevant to product teams.
You are responsible for developing the PCF to track relevant compliance requirements covering the main jurisdictions we are licensed in and directing core product teams on requirements necessary to maintain a compliant product.
Responsible for:
* Providing internal subject matter expertise on jurisdiction-specific compliance requirements, including working with divisional compliance teams on interpretation and implementation of regulatory requirements.
* Enabling internal decision-making by interpreting regulatory requirements into actionable product requirements.
* Leading the day to day management of the Product Compliance Team.
* Leading the definition of the product compliance requirements using the PCF, ensuring that compliance is built into our core product foundations such that we can quickly adapt to new requirements and markets.
* Monitoring developments on relevant regulation for potential regulatory compliance obligations/issues.
* Leading the implementation and maintenance of the central product compliance framework.
* Collaborating with our product leaders to support strategy and prioritization recommendations and decisions.
* Developing capabilities that allow the businesses operating on our platform to meet the compliance obligations.
* Developing exec level recommendations and proposals and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple countries.
* Contributing to the shaping of the digital experiences that form the experience we bring to our customers across the world.
* Working with your peers to develop a culture of compliance by design.
Skills and Experience:
* Extensive experience in online gambling compliance, with at least 5 years in a senior compliance role.
* Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks in key gambling jurisdictions (e.g., UKGC, MGA, Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Spain, Italy, etc.).
* Proven experience working with Product, Technology, and Legal teams to align compliance requirements with business objectives.
* Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex regulatory requirements.
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team-building and mentoring.
* Experience working with agile methodologies and product development cycles.
* Solid understanding of technical IT principles (i.e., previous experience of systems management, support or implementation would be appropriate for this role).
* Familiarity with technical compliance tools, such as GRC platforms or regulatory reporting systems.
