Responsibilities:
1. Contributing to the supply of the office with reference to drinks & food, office supplies, and managing related external service providers.
2. Coordinate with building management office on office maintenance, repair, updates, cleaning, and fire drills.
3. Onboarding: Laptop purchase, phone purchase, office equipment, new hire welcome, badge.
4. Organize all events, quarterly sales meetings, team buildings, and other functional/country level activities.
5. Manage company stamps and maintain all records, company certificates, and official business records.
6. Travel agency management and travel arrangements for employees and managers.
7. Laptop, mobile phone, and other IT-related procurement.
8. Ordering and keeping track of keys and SIM cards for new employees, collecting them from leavers.
9. Assist in the visa application process for employees.
10. Responsibility for a friendly and service-oriented reception of guests, answering and appropriately forwarding telephone calls, emails, and package deliveries, and providing tea service to customers.
11. Assist in the area of preparatory accounting and support administration (invoice payments).
12. Travel expense management, with particular attention to compliance with company policies.
13. Running and instructing local invoicing-related administrative practices (cars, travel, etc.).
14. Assist the Manager with other ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in BA or similar qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary.
2. 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
3. Quick learner.
4. Good English language skills.
5. Good communication skills.
