Innovation, science and technology merge with the sensations of man, something mysterious that for more than 100 years has allowed us to take our champions to victory and provide our customers with an excellent product.For our HQ based in Treviglio (BG) we are looking for a Sales Back Office, who will report to the Back Office Manager and will be in charge of the following activities:Order entry: the order received from the Customer is entered in M3, based on stock availability. If the specific product is not available, an alternative must be proposed.Providing support to Customers and Sales reps: based on Dealer/Distributor requests, real-time information is provided. The most common request is the availability of a product - bikes or P&A. The answer can be followed by the insertion of the order in real time in the management software.Shipment: after checking the production warehouses or arrivals, the order is assigned, the picking list is printed for the warehouse, the shipment is made - according to the specifications of each CustomerPre-billing and invoicing control: pre-billing is done to check that the price, terms and payment method of each draft are correct before processing the final invoice.B2B support: assortment definition and functionality check. Communication of credentials to customers and assistance in using them as needed.Matching payments - credits: based on the list provided by accounting, customers and orders are matched to payments received.Control of shipping costs: control of the prices invoiced by the various shipping agents, to verify that they are in line with the quotations.Skills and requirements:Fluency in German & English (native speaker or C2 level)Good knowledge of Italian languagePrevious experience in a similar role at structured companies within the Automotive or FMCG sectorExcellent MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel onesKnowledge of M3 or other management software is a plusSoft skills: precision, strong analytical skills, problem solving skills and strong customer orientation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently but also in a team.The job offer will be tailored according to the applicant profile.
