Opportunity
We are looking for a Sales Back Office.
Objective of the position is the complete management of the OTD (Order to Delivery) process.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Order portfolio management for the assigned area
- Working closely with departments involved in the process (Sales Manager, Planning, Shipping, Administration)
- Managing customer relationships and subsidiaries support
To be successful in this role you'll need to have:
- Degree in Foreign Languages, Economics or related fields
- Experience, even brief, in customer service activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work based on priorities and objectives.
- Fluent in English and good knowledge of Italian. The knowledge of another foreign language will be considered a plus.
Nice to have:
- Experience in customer service activities in B2B product companies
