RINA is currently recruiting for a Digital Innovation Junior Project Manager to join its office in Genoa or Milan (Italy) within the Energy Innovation Department - RINA Consulting.
Mission
The ideal candidate will manage international R&D projects, focused on energy digital innovation.
Key Accountabilities
1. Manage or support the management of EU R&D projects, in the field of power generation (renewable energy and its integration in new sectors), decarbonization & energy transition, power grid development
2. Contribute to RINA’s activities of technical development, in the framework of EU funded projects also interacting with international partners
3. Contribute to or delivery reports and results European research and innovation projects involving energy efficiency, renewable energy technologies and the smart grid
4. Contribute to the creation of new opportunities and the preparation of new proposals in the framework of European and international R&D programmes
5. Contribute to the growth of RINA’s network of R&D partners in the field of power generation and distribution
6. Contribute to development of digital tools that provides digital consulting and engineering services
Qualifications
7. Degree in engineering or computer science with a focus on energy will be considered a plus
8. Fluent in English and Italian
9. Excellent reporting skills both verbal and written
10. Capacity to conduct research, organize work and produce results
11. Open-minded to innovation and creativity
