We are seeking a Service Manager – Responsabile Assistenza Tecnica for a dynamic and rapidly expanding company in the metalworking sector, located in the province of Lodi. The company specializes in the marketing of laser cutting machine tools.
The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, planning, and monitoring the team's interventions and providing assistance to client companies across Italy.
Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of technical transfer technicians.
2. Ensure the team adheres to company standards and service level agreements.
3. Monitor issues and complaints from client companies.
4. Prepare estimates, and assess the timing and costs of interventions.
Requirements:
* Diploma as a technical expert or equivalent.
* 2-3 years of experience in similar roles.

* Precision and focus on results.
We offer a permanent contract directly with the client company. The RAL will be defined during the interview based on experience.
