Job Description:
* Onboard new partners on the TBO.COM b2b platform through training and building confidence.
* Maintain existing business by developing strong commercial and personal relationships between partners.
* Conduct regular site visits (minimum 3-4 days a week) to support agents on-site and online, provide trainings/webinars, and introduce new products to increase sales.
* Regularly report to the Regional Manager.
Qualifications:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position within the travel industry is required.
* Ambitious, self-motivated, and goal-oriented work style, with excellent business communication skills.
* Strong experience in Business-to-Business negotiations and sales management.
* Ability to develop new and existing sales in Italy using an online travel platform.
* Strong sales skills and a proven track record in the local Italian travel industry.
