Ensure the on field project quality on the project during the installation and commissioning activities in order to guarantee consistency between the project QCD objectives and the Customer's satisfaction.
Main duties and responsibilities will include:
1. Assist the PrQSM in the interfaces with the Customer, to supervise quality issues and to address satisfactorily Customer concerns;
2. Support Project Installation Manager and the Project Commissioning Manager in 4M preparation;
3. Monitor installation and commissioning team to ensure compliance with quality standards and contract requirements.
4. Perform site inspections and Audit in accordance with the contract requirements (Alstom, sub-contractors’ or Partners scope);
5. Issues typological Quality Control Plans (QCP) for installation and commissioning activities in accordance with the contract requirements;
6. In coordination with the Project Installation Manager and the Project Commissioning Manager, ensures control of the output of quality documents/records on site (Material Register stored on site, Operational QCP Register,....);
7. Verify that the latest drawings and documents are used on site during audit or during verification of operational QCP;
8. Provide feedback to Projects Quality Manager to raise on field NCR and advising about CAR and follow up to satisfactory closure;
9. Ensures that the Installation and T&C population tracks the red and yellow lines in the project documents as defined in the project quality plan;
10. Support Team during project Audits (internal / external).
11. Contribute to preparation of Internal Hand-Over between installation and T&C teams & of External Hand-Over between Installation /T&C and Customer;
