Reporting directly to the store manager, you will join the Serravalle team as a Senior Client Advisor/Supervisor .
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales
* Achieve established sales targets
* Directly assisting clients following the Canali customer experience standards
Clienteling and Customer Service
* Guarantee high-level customer service
* Guarantee impeccable management of the customer database and data quality
* Coordinate customer loyalty and contact activities
Operations
* Supervise inventory control and management
* Ensure proper maintenance of all equipment and materials
* Ensure the store is always impeccable and reflects the brand image
* Ensure compliance with procedures
EXPERIENCE
* 2+ years in a similar position
* Previous experience in Serravalle Outlet
* Customer-centric mindset, teamwork and digital skills
* Attention to detail and organization abilities
* Good knowledge of English (every other additional foreign language is a plus)
* Knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory
