Job Description
We are looking for a HR Business Partner to be inserted in our HR department in HQ
The mission for this role is: create value and deliver results in executing the HR and development program and practices for the assigned areas ensuring coherence and alignment with organization and business model strategy, acting as partners and change agents alongside the relevant functions leaders and team in order to build an effective relationship, develop and implement sustainable and efficient HR processes, system and tools as well as foster level of employee engagement.
HR Management and Recruiting Process Execution
1. Ensures effective running of HC budgeting and HR management processes end to end; from the requests needs, recruiting, onboarding people development and growth till resignation.
2. Ensuring business continuity by implementing useful solutions such as job enlargement, rotation, enrichment, mobility etc.
3. Manage the recruiting process for the for the assigned areas in order to find and hire the best talents
4. Coordinates the internal/international mobility activities, in order to support people development and talent management objectives, ensuring their effectiveness with the business needs and strategies.
5. Deals accurately and promptly with the Functions Leaders and their team, working alongside them during the different phase of the employee life cycle. Provides coaching in managing the people development program and supports them in solving issues and executing the HR strategy.
6. Ensures that the employee relationship management respects the relevant legal and labour contract requirements, development, compensation, benefit guidelines practices, in adherence with the company governances.
Human Resource Strategy
7. Executes the HR approved strategy within the areas assigned, provides promptly the Leader above with inputs and insight translates it into actionable plans able at addressing effective execution across group, contributing the achievement of efficiency and effectiveness targets.
8. Implements people and organization program models and tools, provided by the HR centres of expertise, ensuring their effectiveness for people management, talent development, employee engagement, business strategy deployment and results achievement
9. coordinates the execution process in compliance with applicable standards, regulatory and requirements and effectively manages the communication processes, ensuring appropriate knowledge sharing to the relevant functions across group.
Training and Development Management
10. Ensure, within the assigned area, the execution of performance management, training and development program released by the relevant centre of expertise and provides them promptly and accurate feedback and insight in order to ensure the effective and sustainable implementation and roll-out.
Guideline & Procedures Management
11. Assesses, analysis and monitoring HR and organization processes effectiveness execution, develop evaluation reports and performances metrics
12. Participates in HR guideline, policies, procedures and best practices contributes effectively cascading and implementing guidelines and procedures across functions assigned maintaining a high level of services
Qualifications
Qualifications:
13. Education: Master’s degree
14. Experience: 10 years’s experience as HR Professional within a multinational company
15. Experience in the following sectors is required: B2B, manufacturing conpaniees, Life and biosciences
16. Experience in an international context or in a company abroad
17. Knowledge of HR Management techniques, methodologies, tools knowledge
18. Data Analysis and performances metrics: methodologies, techniques, tools and applications
19. Budget management and cost control knowledge
20. Knowledge of labour applicable legal requirements and specifications
21. Strong experience with Excel and Power point
22. Fluent English
23. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
