Eurovent Certita Certification, European leader in third-party certification for HVAC-R products, is looking for a Certification Program Manager / Auditor to join our international team. Your Mission
You will coordinate and manage one or more certification programmes, ensuring full alignment with procedures, deadlines, budgets, and market expectations. In addition, you will conduct audits of factories based on certification reference documents, with about 30 annual audits, primarily in Europe.
️ Responsibilities
As a Program manager :
Manage certification programmes from design to execution and delivery.
Draft, update, and ensure compliance with certification reference documents.
Organize and lead programme committees, keeping up with industry standards and regulatory changes.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (client managers, assistants, laboratories).
Promote Eurovent’s certification services through client meetings, industry events, and publications.
Build and monitor annual budgets and subcontractor relationships.
As an Auditor :
Conduct factory audits based on certification reference documents (approx. 30 per year, mainly across Europe).
Qualifications
Technician or Engineer with a background in HVAC, Energy, or Building systems .
Minimum 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
Experience in auditing is a plus, but not mandatory.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of certification systems or quality frameworks is an asset.
