The Plant HR is responsible for supporting the daily HR activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This includes employee and trade unions relations, compliance with labor laws, disciplinary process management and enforcing company policies and procedures. The role ensures that HR practices align with organizational goals while fostering a positive, safe, and productive workplace for plant employees.
Main activities:
* Employee Relations: serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues, including policy interpretation and conflict resolution.
* Union Relations and Negotiation: Serve as the primary liaison between plant management and union representatives, fostering positive communication and collaboration.
* HR Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Define, track, and analyze key HR metrics (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and the overall health of the workforce such as ABS, HC, etc.
* Support the team on employer branding activities, talent acquisition and organizational development.

* Master’s degree in law or economics field, a Master in HR will be considered a plus
* 7-8 YRS of experience in manufaturing sector
* Strong knowledge of labour law and union relations
* Passion and enthusiasm for HR issues, curiosity, and proactivity
* Problem Solving, team working
* Communication skills
* Good level of English
* Flexible approach and adherence to deadlines
* Proficiency knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point
