Job Purpose We are looking for a Chemical Plant Operator who is able to maintain and operate the facilities dedicated to chemical synthesis, drying and finishing. Your duties will include ensuring continuous production operation, maintaining the level of efficiency and quality, and working with colleagues to help your team achieve a high level of productivity. You must be reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards, as well as willing to learn and improve. We also expect you to be a good team player. Key Responsibilities Initiate and conduct complex plant and final discharge, drying and finishing activities in accordance with applicable standard procedures and health and safety regulations. Monitor critical parameters, including using appropriate measuring instruments. Strictly follow production, quality, health and safety instructions and maintain activity records. Required Education High school diploma or equivalent; an additional technical degree will be a plus. Required Skills And Experience Preferred 1 years of experience working in an operator position in a complex chemical plant. Excellent understanding of production procedures and good ability to read schematics and manuals. Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
