We are looking for a COOK / COOK'S ASSISTANT for our cooking center BOARA PISANI.
The resource will mainly be responsible for:
* meal preparation daily following the instructions in the recipe book.
* Management of diets based on the different types of intolerances or allergies.
Requirements:
* Experience preferable in the kitchen in collective catering, company canteens, tourist villages, commercial restaurants;
* Knowledge of HACCP standards;
* Ambition and curiosity in the restaurant sector;
The ideal profile has good will, dynamism, attention to detail, ability to work in a team, and personal care, in compliance with hygiene-sanitary regulations.
