Brand Manager, Global Brands
In this key role, the Brand Manager translates brand positioning and strategies into an actionable go-to-market approach across the U.S. market, partnering with the International team on global growth initiatives.
This individual will be actively engaged in several important business processes, including Integrated Business Planning, annual brand plan development, and portfolio simplification.
The Brand Manager is responsible for both short-term and long-term business planning across the base business and innovation, with P&L accountability to deliver brand growth objectives.
Critical skills for this role include driving simplicity with a complex portfolio and cross-functional stakeholder management.
This position reports to the Director, Global Brands.

* Translate brand positioning and strategies into an actionable go-to-market approach
* Lead communication and equity development to drive unique, premium brand positioning in the market
* Lead Brand Marketing projects with commercial implications (e.g., innovation, renovation, price/pack architecture)
* Pursue continuous enhancement of product quality that strengthens our brand equity and extends the gap vs. key competitors
* Own Profit & Loss responsibility for the portfolio, managing to both topline and bottom line brand goals
* Partner with the International team on global growth initiatives
